We are not just any personal chef company. We genuinely care about where your food comes from. Was the animal raised, on green pasture with access to fresh air? Or with loads of antibiotics, steroids and caged with hundreds of other animals? We are committed to using local suppliers that can insure the best, healthiest, and highest quality ingredients for our cooking.
Our Committment to You
Our commitment to using the best ingredients is a direct result of how dedicated Chef Danyella is to these issues. For the past six years she has worked towards the development of her own organic farm as a way to insure that the eggs she uses in your chocolate carmel pecan souffle come from a healthy, happy chicken. And, that the parsley in your parsleyed red potatoes has been grown without any pesticides.
Chef Danyella extends an invitation for her clients to come and spend some time  "in the ;country". Come and learn more about the issues we currently confront due to confinement and monoculture farming. Overall, Starved For Time cares about these issues because they directly effect the food that you eat.
We do some things differently:
 |
Use only non-transfat, healthy oils (canola, olive, coconut)
Never add preservatives, stabilizers or artificial ingredients
Do all our cooking from scratch
Always use the freshest/in season ingredients
Patronize local farmers and growers when at all possible
We truly want to be a commodity, and make a difference in our clients lives!!
